偏心半球閥的特點

工作原理

偏心半球閥由閥桿帶動球體繞旋轉中心A轉動時，球體由B點移動C點，此時相對閥門中心O,從B到C的軌跡為一凸輪狀偏心，向下進入閥座使閥門關閉保持密。該閥由于存上上述凸輪原理．閥門關閉件從開啟到關閉過程中，作用在閥座上的力逐漸增加，即關閉件表面與閥座由完全脫離至接觸，并逐漸增大密封比壓．直至完全密封．反之亦然。這就大大改善了以往球閥的密封狀態和密封效果，適合高溫高壓及易結晶磨損嚴重的場合使用。
